We currently accept the following payment methods (you will have the option to select your payment method when placing an order):

  • Credit card (Visa, Mastercard)
  • Google Pay

To make a purchase, simply select the items you would like to order and add them to your shopping bag. You can then proceed through the checkout process and make a secure online payment using your credit card (Visa or Mastercard) or Google Pay. Once you have successfully placed your order, you will receive an automatic email confirmation.

You don’t need an account to place an order, but having an account enables you to save your personal information and review previous orders. Please note that we do not retain any payment information within your account. You can create an account by clicking here or by opting in when placing an order.

No, we do not charge sales tax where it is not applicable, however we do include a small admin fee in our ticket prices.


Once the payment is made, we will send you a confirmation of the booking, and within 48hrs you will receive the scanned copy of the ticket/permit.

Orders placed Monday through Friday by 12:00 pm EST (excluding holidays) are generally processed and confirmed the same day. Orders placed after 12:00 pm or holidays will be processed on the next business day. Orders placed Saturday and Sunday will be processed on the following Monday (excluding holidays).

Once your ticket/permit has been validated, you will receive an email notification with the processed document. Please note that the validating process can take up to 48 hours to update after your order has been placed.

Upon check-out, you are able to select whether you would like to receive the original document. This can be couriered to you at your first address of choice, within Namibia.
